Do I need a visa for Guinea?
Many visitors do. Guinea's online visa system can be glitchy, so our visa (consular) service helps you apply correctly and avoid paying twice.
When is the best time to visit?
The end of the rainy season is best for powerful waterfalls; the dry season (January–March) is easier for road travel.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes. We arrange airport transfers in Conakry and can also book your hotel and tickets.
How do we get around?
Inland trips use a high-clearance 4x4 with an experienced driver. In Conakry, taxis are easy to arrange.
Is Guinea safe to visit?
Guinea is reasonably safe with common-sense precautions. We recommend travel and evacuation insurance, insect repellent and malaria protection.
